Principal
Mrs. Lauren Malekebu
Mrs. Malekebu has been working in the education field since 2000—working in Orange County Public Schools in Florida, Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools in North Carolina, and Fulton County Schools in Georgia. She has served as a classroom teacher, district and school administrator, and a principal mentor. Her focus on ensuring that each student has what they need has led her down many paths that challenge the way things have always been done before. As the proud principal of Haynes Bridge MS, she is committed to ensuring that each student learns at high levels. The staff, students, and community make HBMS an exceptional place to lead.
Assistant Principal
Mr. Joshua Dove
Mr. Dove has been a proud Haynes Bridge Eagle since January 2016 and has worked in education since 2001. Throughout his years of public education service, he has worked in the elementary, middle, and high school settings and spent over six years in Fulton county's district office. Mr. Dove is a passionate educator who is committed to developing students into life-long learners who can think critically, engage civically, and enjoy life wholeheartedly. Mr. Dove takes pride in serving the Haynes Bridge community and relishes the relationships he has formed with all stakeholders.

Donna Alexander is a passionate educator with over 23 years of experience in diverse learning environments. This experience includes serving as a teacher, teacher leader, district staff development coordinator, middle and high school assistant principal, college professor, leadership coach, and educational consultant. Dr. Alexander is committed to cultivating and nurturing a culture of caring for students and staff where they feel valued and challenged to be the best version of themselves. She is originally from Buffalo, NY and can be seen during football season wearing Buffalo Bills and GA Bulldogs paraphernalia. In addition to watching football, Dr. Alexander loves to dance and travel. Her most important role is being mommy to Camryn (19), Maya (24), and Brittani (34).
